Bodytopia™, founded in 2009 by Abby Alpers, was created out of a dream to help people live their best lives through fitness, movement, therapy, and education. Abby’s primary focus is on manual (hands-on) therapy, strengthening techniques to allow for improved alignment and posture education. With these tools, the dream of a physical “topia” is possible. She believes in continuous improvement and is a lifelong learner and, as a result, attends new courses on a near monthly basis throughout the year. Abby becomes your partner and teacher to help you make significant changes in your life through a focus on therapy and education with the goal of improved health, vitality, and quality of life.
Co-creating a whole-person program, with her high-quality, personalized approach, allows you to achieve your best health and activity levels. Abby combines manual therapy, movement, education and corrective exercise to guide you to an independent treatment plan. You not only improve your originating issue, but your overall vitality, health, and well-being improve.
